David Aplin Group, one of Canada's Best Managed Companies, has partnered with our client to recruit an Executive Assistant in Saskatoon. 

This is an integral role within our customers company, and requires someone who is high-functioning and has a keen eye for detail.

The Ideal Candidate:

You have 3 to 5 years of Executive support experience. You have previous experience scheduling in a fast paced complex environment. You are an excellent communicator with a positive and energetic attitude. You are used to functioning at a high level in terms of being detail-oriented and are able to multi-task while maintaining above average critical thinking. You also enjoy fact-finding and are naturally curious - nothing escapes your attention and you follow-up with every detail.

The Role:

  • Managing the President’s schedule – professional and personal
  • Arranging customer meetings, negotiating with customers for times that work for both parties and ensuring that the   meetings are organized so the President is prepared as he walks into the meetings (with the agenda, the preparation material, directions to the location, adequate time to get to the location, travel arrangements, etc.)
  • Organizing internal meetings
  • Optimizing travel arrangements
  • Arranging other key appointments to support the President’s well being
  • Support the President when in the office
  • Help the rest of the Executive Support team as required
