Our client is seeking a skilled individual to provide confidential and advanced administrative support to the Director of Talent Development. The candidate for this role will also be responsible for representing him at various industry events and conferences and reporting back all pertinent information. You will be involved in the creative process of coming up with innovative ideas for upcoming training projects. You must have advanced Microsoft Excel and Word skills in order to be considered for this position.

Reviewing all correspondence prior to distributing to external and internal stakeholders
Creating and assisting with the implementation of talent development programs
Assisting with the set up and take down of internal training sessions
Creating training programs manuals
Representing the Director at various events
Acting as a liaison and establishing new business relationships for the Director
Preparing documents and presentations
Regularly interacting with internal and executives, board members, potential clients
Handling complex administrative assignments
Exercising discretion and maintaining confidentiality
The Ideal Candidate:
2 years+ of experience at an Executive Assistant level
Administrative or Human Resources Diploma
An advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint applications
Strong time management skills with exceptional organizational and multi-tasking abilities
Previous experience in a creative role would be considered an asset
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
