David Aplin Group, one of Canada's Best Managed Companies, has partnered with our client to recruit an Executive Assistant - C Level Experience based in South Edmonton.
Reporting to the CEO, the Executive Assistant will be a key resource in providing communication between the management team and the CEO, to ensure maximum effectiveness and productivity.

The Role:

  • Manage CEO's calendar and office, including travel bookings, meeting schedule, emails, and telephone calls
  • Bring together appropriate resources and individuals to support the CEO
  • Prepare correspondence for review and signature 
  • Assist in meeting financial targets
  • Ensure all agreements, compliance and necessary documentation are met in a timely fashion
  • Maintain electronic files and record keeping 
  • Preparation of event-briefing materials 
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail, while also managing business and personal contacts 
The Ideal Candidate:

  • Completion of high school diploma is required
  • Minimum of five years of experience as an Executive Assistant
  • Advanced user in Microsoft applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, etc.) 
  • Previous experience working in legal administration or commercial/residential industry is considered an asset
  • Valid driver’s license with access to a personal vehicle 
  • Highly organized with a strong attention to detail 
  • Excellent time management and problem solving abilities
