My downtown client, a leader in professional services, is currently recruiting for an experienced Executive Assistant with a passion for organizing senior executives. This full-time permanent role will support one of Winnipeg's top executives in an extremely fast-paced and demanding environment.
Providing full administrative support to the senior executive with an emphasis on complex calendar management.
Managing projects including following up and ensuring delegated projects and requests are completed on schedule.
Organizing and managing all meeting arrangements and travel plans.
Tracking expenses and creating reports.
Preparation and development of PowerPoint presentations.
The Ideal Candidate:
Minimum 5 years of executive administrative experience.
Completion of a relevant office administration or general business post-secondary education is a strong asset.
Experience in a professional services firm (financial, accounting, legal, etc.) is a strong asset.
Must be a self-starter with the ability to work independently.
Must be able to adapt to change.
Exceptional organizational skills.
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office.
Well-developed communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to take the initiative and respond intuitively to ever-changing schedules.
