Executive Assistant to the CEO and COO ($65,000 - $75,000 per annum)

David Aplin Group, one of Canada's Best Managed Companies, has partnered with a premier Winnipeg employer on the hunt for a top-level Executive Assistant. This high-profile position will support the CEO and COO of an award-winning national organization.
Providing full executive administrative support to the CEO and COO including prioritizing and triaging communications
Writing and drafting correspondence and monitoring/responding to email/voice mail
Managing projects including liaising with internal/external contacts and ensuring delegated projects and requests are completed on schedule
Organizing and managing all meeting arrangements, calendars, travel plans and expenses
Researching, preparing and developing of executive presentation materials, agendas and reports
The Ideal Candidate:
Minimum 5 years of experience, ideally supporting C-suite executives
Demonstrated experience performing and communicating in a highly professional and effective manner in a rapidly changing environment
Ability to exercise discretion and confidentiality
Highly intuitive with the ability to anticipate needs and make scheduling changes accordingly
Must be a self-starter with the ability to work independently
Exceptional organizational skills
Highly proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Completion of a relevant post-secondary program is an strong asset
