David Aplin Group, one of Canada's Best Managed Companies, has partnered with our client to recruit for an Executive Assistant: $50,000 -$60,000K.

My national client is looking for a professional Executive Assistant to join their team.  Supporting the President, this is a diverse and fast-paced opportunity for a dynamic professional.  This role will also directly supervise the Administrative Assistant.

The Role:

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the President of the company as well as the rest of the Executive Team as required
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, minutes and presentations
  • Coordinate calendars, travel, and meeting arrangements
  • Act as a liaison with the Board
  • Organize events at both a branch level and across the country
  • Provide coaching and leadership to the Administrative Assistant
  • Update social media accounts
The Ideal Candidate:

  • A minimum of five years of experience in a fast-paced corporate setting in a similar role
  • An energetic and outgoing personality
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
  • Strong event coordination skills
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Related post-secondary education would be an asset
  • Previous experience working with a board of directors would be an asset
  • Previous experience in a supervisory role would be an asset
 
This is a full-time permanent Monday-Friday position. Target salary range is in the $50-60K, plus my client offers free parking, group benefits, and a matching RRSP plan. Apply today!
