Our client is looking for an executive assistant with more than five years experience to support the CEO of the company.
Coordinate the administrative requirements, calendar, incoming mail and phone messages.
Draft letters, memos, presentations, reports; proficiency in Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint.
Word, Sharepoint and Adobe Acrobat is ideal.
Organize meetings both on site and off site including all the logistics required.
Assist with invoicing, preparation of budget.
The Ideal Candidate:
Ability to work independently and function with a high level of professionalism.
Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrate the skill to prioritize, analyze and provide recommendations when necessary.
