Our client, a College that prides itself on excellent education and service providing is currently looking to hire a Campus Manager to oversee the daily operations and activities of the campus.
This permanent role is ideal for an individual who enjoys a team environment and desires to help people change the life though career services.
As the Campus manager you will report to the VP in Edmonton and will work independently in Red deer. You will be responsible for maintaining effective working relationships with students, staff, faculty and the public at their campus. The Campus Manager provides exceptional leadership and fosters a customer services-oriented culture.

Overseeing daily operations pertaining to Student Academics, Student Financial Services, Admissions, and Career Services
Overseeing student record maintenance and reporting on academic and financial matters
developing and publishing the academic master schedule with the aid of staff members
Evaluating the workflow processes to maintain efficient student satisfaction
Supervising and developing the campus staff, facilitating professional opportunities to improve individual capability and managing performance against job accountabilities, department goals and established corporate and campus policies and procedures
Recruiting, reviewing and evaluating credentials of prospective employees
Preparing regional campus operations budget and forecasts and explain all budget variances
Managing the key metrics of the campus. Key metrics include new student enrollment, retention, revenue, operating income, operating margin, new programs, program rollout, graduate employment rate, graduate starting salaries, and student, graduate and employer satisfaction
Understanding, establishing and implementing all policies and procedures established
Participating in the development of new programs or activities and makes recommendations to senior Management
Maintaining a local social media presence
Planning and hosting career fairs, and other student/guest related gatherings and graduation events through the year
Other duties as the role grows
The Ideal Candidate:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience required
Minimum of three years of experience in private post-secondary education
Supervisory experience – preferably in a post-secondary setting
Problem solving and decision-making ability, particularly related to amicably resolving challenging situations
Intermediate Word and Excel Experience
Must love change and growth
Outstanding customer service skills – written and verbal
Salary $55,000 - $65,000 (Maximum)
