David Aplin Group has partnered with a National organization for an immediate opportunity that requires an experienced Data Entry clerk for an ongoing term role until the end of 2017 and potentially longer.
Data entry of vendor information and invoices
Ability to review and investigate paperwork
Working closely with the finance department
The Ideal Candidate:
2 plus years of experience in with data entry in an office environment
Strong communication skills verbally & written
Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office: Word, Excel & Outlook; SAP is an asset
Comfortable working within a fast-pace environment
Ability to follow office procedures
Exceptional speed and accuracy with data entry
Salary is $14-$16/hour depending on experience.
