David Aplin Group, one of Canada's Best Managed Companies, has partnered with our client to recruit two Customer Service Representatives to support the Montreal office. The successful candidates will assist with customer inquiries, as well as, promoting the organizations products and services.
Answering phones; managing voicemail
Assist with all activities
Responsible for all customers’ requests/inquiries
Help provide solutions to customers to ensure retention and customer satisfaction
Use pre-existing guidelines to complete job functions
Promote company products and services
The Ideal Candidate:
Experience managing a high volume of telephone calls
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
Ability to multi-task and juggle multiple requests
Fluent in oral and written French and English
