David Aplin Group, one of Canada's Best Managed Companies, has partnered with our client to recruit a Customer Service Representative based in Winnipeg. This is a two month term to start, which may become a temporary to hire opportunity, depending on the volume of business.

We are working with a client who is looking for an outgoing, energetic, professional Inbound Customer Service Representative. You would need to have a strong work ethic and take pride in your role within the organization.

The Role:
  • Assisting online shoppers during the busy holiday season
  • Process customer orders on computer system received by phone, fax or electronic process
  • Provide pricing and inventory information to customers
  • Provide information regarding returns, and status of orders, as well as inventory of certain products and sizes
  • Follow-up calls to existing customers in Canada and the United States regarding order processing

The Ideal Candidate:
  • Must be versatile, flexible and able to multi-task easily
  • Excellent working knowledge of MS Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Pride in your role
  • Ability to multitask, talking to clients while documenting their information simultaneously 

This position is a term to start for a minimum of two months, but could become temporary to hire position for the right person. Salary will range depending on experience from $13 - $15/hour, with potential for growth within the role.
