David Aplin Group, one of Canada's Best Managed Companies, has partnered with our client to recruit 10 Inbound Customer Service Representative roles based in Winnipeg, for an immediate term project. This is a temporary position starting immediately for approximately 1 - 2 months.
Providing Customer Service over the phone
Updating address changes via telephone, mail, fax, email and on the website
Creating identification cards
Updating application forms
Verifying forms for accuracy and completion
Data entry - good speed and accuracy is essential
The Ideal Candidate:
1+ year of Customer Service and/or Receptionist/office experience
Excellent customer service skills - both written and verbal
Good communication and listening skills
Courteous telephone manner
Cleared criminal background check is required
This is a term project that may extend.
