David Aplin Group, one of Canada's Best Managed Companies, has partnered with our client to recruit a Corporate Receptionist / Administrator based in Downtown Edmonton, AB.
Our client, a reputable corporate organization, is seeking a polished Corporate Receptionist/ Administrator to work in their Edmonton office on a temporary 15-month contract basis - this has the opportunity for permanency for the right person.
As the Corporate Receptionist/ Administrator, you will be responsible for all aspects of administration, including answering a multiline phone system, organizing office events and assisting with fee agreements. You will be reporting to the Office Manager and will need advanced MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills.

Answering a multiline phone system, taking and passing messages in a timely manner
Coordinating events for the branch - Internal and Client Related
Marketing LinkedIn profile
Sending out mailers for clients
Taking meeting minutes for branch meetings
Ordering office supplies
Troubleshooting for payroll issues
Tracking vacation for employees
Assisting in filling out fee agreements & contracts
Coordinating and mailing/ emailing invoices
Sending out temporary agreement letters & performance evaluations for staff
The Ideal Candidate:
Previous 2 years of administration experience
Advanced MS Word skills with the ability to use macros, micros, templates and style sheets
Advanced Excel skills, including the ability to quickly enter data and use macros, micros, pivotal tables and spreadsheets
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
