David Aplin Group, one of Canada's Best Managed Companies, has partnered with our client, a well-established service company in Mississauga, to recruit a temporary Corporate Receptionist.

Key Responsibilities
• To answer all incoming calls, and respond to caller's inquiries in a positive, professional manner ;
• To redirect calls as appropriate and take clear, concise messages when required;
• To greet, assist and direct all visitors;
• To pick up and sort internal mail;
• To stamp, deliver and maintain mail machine for external mail;
• To prepare packages and arrange courier pick up;
• To arrange meeting room schedule and bookings;
• To update phone and distribution lists;
• To maintain a clean, safe, fully stocked and well organized reception area;



The Ideal Candidate:
Must have at least 3+ years' experience as a corporate receptionist
Ideal position for a semi-retired professional
Good communication skills
Pleasant phone manner
Excellent problem solving abilities
Poised and professional
Comfortable in a fast paced, high pressure atmosphere
Strong ability to set effective priorities
Detail oriented and self-motivated
Ability to meet deadlines and achieve goals
Working with courier companies & ingoing and outgoing mail
Strong MS office skills
Strong multi-taking skills
Resourceful and reliable
Ability to work with multi-line switchboard
Efficient and accurate
