David Aplin Group, one of Canada's Best Managed Companies, has partnered with our client, to recruit for a Customer Service Administrator, for their growing office.
This permanent role is ideal for an individual who thrives in a fast paced, strategic thinking customer service environment!
As the Customer Service Administrator, you will report directly to the team lead and work within a team of 4! You will be responsible for exceptionally managing orders, clients and accounts!
If you have previous (recent) customer service account management, order processing and administrative experience apply now before the amazing opportunity.
Receiving and processing incoming customer orders with a focus on quality and accuracy
Working with clients to control the administrative requirements for order processing
Prioritize and managing high volume customer orders
Opening new accounts new and inputting contracts and client specifications/ requirements into the system
Updating customer billing and account information
Establishing buying cycles with current customers to meet their needs
Maintaining a high degree of accuracy and completeness on estimated time to ship dates
Contacting customers with delivery dates, order status and any other questions they have
Investigating discrepancies and resolving order issues Ideal candidate
Assisting events team with various projects
The Ideal Candidate:
2-3 years Customer service, order processing and account managing skills
2 years administration skills
Intermediate user of MS Word and Excel
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Team player, problem solver and solution orientated
