As our Vancouver office continues its growth and evolution, we wish to add a key member to our Sales team. The role of this individual will focus on two main areas: 1) Identification of new potential clients and closing of sales opportunities and 2) Management and development of key accounts 

The Role:
  • Developing the overall sales strategy for a niche recruitment vertical
  • Developing business with potential clients and key clients
  • Leveraging your network of contacts and sales abilities to develop new clients
  • Developing and establishing relationships with key contacts in BC
  • Secure new business from our existing National client base
  • Responding to client requests for resources (Proposals, presentations, client meetings, etc.)
The Ideal Candidate:
  • Experience selling and/or delivering professional services to organizations
  • Business Development experience – Hunter vs Farmer mentality i.e.) you’ll need to like the phone!
  • Have a good network of contacts in BC’ s Lower Mainland
  • Along with a positive, go-getter attitude and outstanding interpersonal, communication and time-management skills, you will have:
  • Ability to close deals
  • Ability to build relationships with people
  • Ability to work with clients to identify the specific requirements of their resource opportunity
  • Ability to manage existing delivery resources and act as main point of contact for customers
  • Knowledge of delivery practices within mid-large size organizations
  • Have worked in a relationship focused company for 3 - 5+ years where making calls, connecting with people and visiting clients were standard
