David Aplin Group, one of Canada's Best Managed Companies, has partnered with our client to recruit for an Inside Sales Representative.
The incumbent will promote products to customers by evaluating their needs. Provide pricing solutions to gain orders. Input orders and provide after PO support.
Review and evaluate plans and specifications
Cross reference parts or equipment based on the requirements to meet the customers’ needs
Determine commercial HVAC-R equipment (Low-Temp, Comfort Cooling, Heating and Ventilation) requirements to meet the individual clients’ needs
Prepare quotations based on project plans/specifications and complete proposals
Prepare technical drawings and data sheets for clients’ approval
Answer calls from clients and external representatives
Ensure projects take offs are accurate and complete
Manage projects and work with mechanical contractors and engineers
Inform clients on standard procedure
Follow up with clients to ensure their full satisfaction, either verbally or in writing
Determine the best method to resolve problems to ensure customer satisfaction and company adherence to policies
Respond to customers’ inquiries, questions, or complaints regarding products or services
The Ideal Candidate:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Professional phone manner and customer service skills
Knowledge of MS Office programs;
Good sales abilities and persuasiveness
Strong time management, organizational and decision-making skills
Ability to close sales and work under pressure
Good communication and organizational skills
Initiative & resourcefulness
Completion of secondary school
Relevant college education
Completion of sales related training programs
$45,000-$55,000 per year plus bonus and benefits
