David Aplin Group, one of Canada's Best Managed Companies, has partnered with our client in the North end for a 3-6 month contract to recruit a Billings Administrator based in Barrie, Ontario.


If you are a new grad with strong administrative and billings experience this role is perfect for you!

The Role:
  • Provide support to the Finance team - preparing purchase orders for review and authorization in high volume. 
  • Project invoicing: invoicing for project expenditures. 
  • Provide administrative support for projects and ensuring all documents are attached on the system and assist with administrative aspects of legal/engineering transactions relating to the projects as required. 
  • Updating client contact information as required. 
  • Track project status in the system and ensure all project expenses are paid out.
  • Check expenses in Expensepoint and post (approve).
  • Provide reception and office administrative support; data entry, filing, inventory, customer service, tender process etc.
The Ideal Candidate:
  • Minimum 2 years in administrative/finance role.
  • Certificate/diploma in Accounting/Finance or Administrative.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX.
  • Excellent internal/external customer service with strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented, organized and able to prioritize workload.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and adaptability to change.
Compensation: $16-18/hour
