David Aplin Group, one of Canada's Best Managed Companies, has partnered with our client to recruit an experienced, results driven, customer focused individual to join their Payroll department as a Bilingual Payroll Administrator. As the Bilingual Payroll Administrator your primary responsibilities will include processing the full cycle payroll. The incumbent candidate should be a team player, quick learner, organized and have good time management skills.
Responsible for full cycle payroll processing (non-union, hourly, salary, commission) for 600 employees, multi-provincially
Experience with SAP is required
Import timesheet hours from SAP biweekly
Setting up new hires in the HR Resource Partner
Verify hours from Kronos and adjust accordingly
Assist with sorting and distributing biweekly pay stubs and annual T4's and T2200's
Contact ADP for any related issues with associates pay as required
Create new hire files and filing for the documents received in payroll
The Ideal Candidate:
Ability to effectively communicate in both French and English
2-3 years of Payroll experience working with SAP and or ADP in a multi-provincial environment
Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail
Ability to work well independently with a multitude of deadlines and alterations
Exceptional written and oral communication skills and the ability to compose and edit documents
Ensuring effective and efficient administration of the senior management office
Work with minimal supervision
Salary range will vary depending on experience from $23/hour - $25/hour
