Our client, a faith-based organization is seeking a Bilingual Executive Assistant to support their Director. Located in the south of Edmonton, the successful candidate will administratively support a team and board.
This is the perfect position for an individual who thrives in a fun, team-based environment, with outstanding communication skills as well as discretion and confidentially when dealing with sensitive matters.
Written and verbal French and English are required for this role!
Providing administrative support to the director, internal teams and a variety of internal and external committees
Coordinating meeting, drafting correspondence, creating agendas and reports, and recording minutes
Creating and distributing materials for events and large board meetings
Assisting with some email and calendar management
Preparing expense claims and financial reports
Assisting in analyzing data and preparing related stakeholder reports
Organizing events and maintaining a calendar of internal events
Managing are files and records
Other related duties
The Ideal Candidate:
At least 5-10 years of Administrative Assistant experience
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time and multi-task
Ability to communicate both written and verbal in French and English
Discretion and confidentiality when dealing with sensitive matters
