David Aplin Group, one of Canada's Best Managed Companies, has partnered with our client to recruit a Bilingual Administrative Coordinator based in South Edmonton, AB. Our client, a non-profit faith-based organization is seeking a Bilingual administrative coordinator to join their busy team! As the administrative coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and facilitating administrative tasks for the Executive lead and Board.
The successful administrative coordinator will be self motivate, enjoy working in a collaborative team, have an extremely high regard for confidentiality and a good sense of humor!

Intermediate to advanced MS Word and Excel skills are essential.
Planning and coordinating on/off site activates
Planning and coordinating conferences and travel arrangements
Maintaining a calendar of events for the company
Drafting and editing correspondence and proof reading documents on behalf of the executive lead
Creating PowerPoint presentations and other meeting materials for the executive lead and board
Processing incoming and outgoing mail
Evaluating processes and procedures
Updating mailing lists, organizing mail ours and maintaining staff records
Creating and maintaining monthly reporting of a sensitive nature
Updating company website as needed
The Ideal Candidate:
5 years+ of experience at an Administrative coordinator – nonprofit experience is considered an asset.
An advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint applications.
Exemplary Bilingual communication skills, both written and verbal.
Attention to detail with exceptional multi-tasking abilities.
Strong time management skills.
