David Aplin Group, one of Canada's Best Managed Companies, has partnered with our client who is a very well-known wellness company with an aim to make people happier and healthier. They manufacture globally recognized high-end cardio and fitness equipment.
The successful candidate will join a vibrant, exciting sales team and will be provided with excellent training. You will be given scope to make the role your own with a clear progression path to develop within the business. A number of the senior staff in the business started in this role and have progressed through the business.
This is a direct hire to the company located in the square one area. The main aim of the Assistant Sales Manager is to drive sales, meet targets for assigned divisions, coordinate with management, and to provide leadership for associates.
Providing assistance to upper management in day-to-day operations.
Providing direction, guidance and instruction to all store associates as required.
Ensuring store conditions are consistently upheld to established standards.
Delivering and meeting sales budgets and goals in your Department.
Assisting with store stock management, merchandising and pricing to maximize sales of your categories.
Provide weekly updates on objectives and identify any issues or opportunities pertaining to the backroom, merchandise and presentation standards and compliance.
The Ideal Candidate:
Must possess strong organization and time management skills.
Experience leading a team of sales associates.
Inbound/retail sales experience.
A passion for fitness, desire to progress and an energetic, hungry personality.
What's to Offer?
$23.00 per hour base wage + 4.5% commissions.
