David Aplin Group, one of Canada's Best Managed Companies, has partnered with our client to recruit for an Administrative Assistant. This is a Work-From-Home opportunity that will commence immediately, and requires someone with knowledge of the real estate industry.

The Role:

Working within a highly confidential and professional environment, duties will include:

  • Supporting leadership with the day to day management of schedules
  • Establishing and coordinating calendars, arranging and scheduling appointments/meetings
  • Preparing and editing financial, narrative, reports and communications as requested 
  • Supporting leadership with composing & producing routine correspondence
  • Tracking the progress and completion of projects, tracking client deadlines and billings
  • Coordinating external client and internal staff meetings
  • Sorting and organizing incoming and outgoing mail and dealing with correspondence as appropriate (responding, delivering, filtering)
  • Providing additional other day to day administrative support as required 

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Minimum 2 years of professional office experience in an Administrative role
  • A relevant post-secondary degree or diploma (or equivalent qualifications)
  • Experience working within the real estate industry
  • All relevant equipment to work from home
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to set priorities and manage time effectively
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  • Competence in using all facets of Microsoft Office
  • Highly dependable and trustworthy and able to manage conflicting priorities and deadlines
