As a well-established Private Financial Services Firm verging on an expansion, is seeking an Administrative Assistant with 3 years of experience to join their dynamic team. During this position the successful Administrative Assistant will provide executive support to the Director. The ideal candidate will have experience managing calendars and travel arrangements.
This position requires a resourceful person with excellent communication, time management skills, and intermediate MS Word and Excel skills.
Organize and manage the director's calendars and event schedules
Schedule and attend meetings and take meeting minutes
Working with clients in regards to their packages
Creating a client system, pulling from various data bases
Data entry - client file updates
Perform general administrative duties such as filing, creating memos, responding to emails, photocopying and faxing
Keeping social medial sites up to date and conducting market analysis and research
The Ideal Candidate:
At least 3 years of experience in an administration role
Intermediate MS Word skills with the ability to create correspondence using templates, headers and footers
Intermediate Excel skills, including a working knowledge of basic formulas, spreadsheets and tables
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills
Detail oriented with the ability to work on a team
Own vehicle is required, mileage will be reimbursed
