David Aplin Group, one of Canada's Best Managed Companies, has partnered with our client, a Private financial institute, that deals mainly with Life insurance, is looking for an Administrative Assistant based in their South Edmonton office. Our client is looking to hire immediately!!
You'll be responsible for managing anything administrative for the Director. Intermediate MS Word and Excel are essential for the role.

Professional Attire is required. $45,000 -$48,000 p/y
Managing client requests and answering calls on behalf of team
Drafting and editing memos, documents, and correspondence
Calendar/email Management for the Director
Booking and setting up boardroom meetings
Attending meetings and taking minutes
Liaising with other departments in regards to meetings and events
Assisting with the processing of access key cards for the employees
Creating binders and files
Keeping up to date employee files
Competing data entry tasks as required
The Ideal Candidate:
2 years of administrative experience in a financial organization is considered an asset
Wiling to complete LLQP exam within 3 months of joining team
Intermediate MS Word and Excel skills, with the ability to work with spreadsheets and templates
Excellent customer service skills and a friendly demeanor
Organizational skills and attention to detail
The ability to multi-task, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks
Can do attitude - team player
