David Aplin Group, one of Canada's Best Managed Companies, has partnered with our client to recruit an Administrative Assistant based in Halifax for a 1 year contract to be filled immediately.

If you are an organized professional individual looking for an opportunity to utilize your MS Office, PeopleSoft and Oracle skills you may be the ideal candidate for our client's Administrative Assistant position. This position will allow you to gain experience in an integral role that works with a management team as well as many other important contacts.

The Ideal Candidate:

In this position, you will provide administrative duties and support to management. You will be able to work effectively and proactively with both existing administrative and support staff. This position requires your confidentiality as well as your excellent communication skills and technological competency. You should have the ability to proactively create and maintain effective workflow and communication.

In addition to these skills, you will need a post-secondary degree and have 2 - 5 years of professional experience. Above average computer skills in Microsoft Office is a mandatory criterion for this role.

The pay scale for this position is between $13 - $15 per hour.
