David Aplin Group, one of Canada's Best Managed Companies, has partnered with our client, who is an event & music production company, to recruit a Production Account Manager based in Calgary.

The ideal candidate is outgoing, professional and has at least 5 years of experience in closing large format multimedia event production deals. We need someone who can nurture relationships through the process of booking and running event productions.
Ultimately you will be responsible for event production account management, ensuring client's needs and budgets are met and all operational and technical needs are in place.
Service existing production client base in Western Canada (discovery, show design, quoting, advancing, invoicing)
Grow network through outbound sales activities and market research
Conduct show advancing, securing equipment, crew and transportation resources
Act as on-site show client liaison
Manage client A/R
Work with production teams to resolve potential customer complaints
Must be available by phone to respond to and find solutions for emergency situations
The Ideal Candidate:
Someone with music, video, lighting, audio, and/or broadcast experience
Self-starter and self-motivator
Ready and excited to work with a fast-paced, energetic group
Strong leadership skills
Strong relationship building skills with clients and vendors
Creative problem-solver and opportunity finder
Excellent oral and written skills
Strong computer skills
Other duties as assigned
Salary will be between $65,000-$75,000 depending on experience
