We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Insurance Agent to become a vital part of the team. Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound calls and emails from clients regarding travel insurance policies.
- Issue, modify, and cancel travel policies through supplier portals and internal systems.
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Process refunds and cancellations efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records and stay updated with supplier policy documents.
- Follow up with clients for ongoing support and service excellence.
Qualifications:
- LLQP or Level 2 general insurance license with experience in travel insurance, or an A&S license.
- At least 12 months of experience in travel insurance customer support.
- Strong communication skills, with a focus on professionalism and responsiveness.
- Ability to navigate supplier portals and internal CRM systems.
- Willingness to obtain or upgrade to appropriate licensing if not already licensed.
