We are partnered up with the leading property management company of Canada’s most northern territories. This position would be large mixed-use portfolio in Iqaluit (~466,000+ sq ft) — hotels, apartments, retail, commercial, townhomes — mostly connected across one complex on Astro Hill.
This would be a full relocation and fly-in/fly-out is not offered.
Compensation
- Salary: $145K–$160K
- 15% annual bonus
- $6,000/year travel allowance (quarterly)
- Full Relocation Package: $2,500+, flights for family + pets

Responsibilities
- Oversee maintenance programs of all building and site equipment including fire/life, HVAC, electrical, security, and building management systems.
- Maintain positive tenant relationships through effective communication
- Coordinate tenant and landlord construction activities
- Oversee health and safety operations in the building
- Provide leadership, development and motivation to the over-arching operations team.
- Analyzing budgets, forecast, and variance analysis.
- Provide leadership and support for capital projects.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience with related work experience in similar environments with comparable building systems.
- Minimum 4th class engineering ticket, a 3rd class is preferred.
- Previous experience with Commercial, Retail, or Residential properties.
