About the Position
As the HSE Manager, you will support the Director of Health, Safety & Environment in executing and continuously improving company-wide safety programs. You will provide technical guidance and coaching to Construction Safety Officers (CSOs) and project teams, ensure consistent implementation of the Safety Management System (SMS), and support incident management, training, compliance, and performance reporting.

Location: Vancouver, BC (with travel to project sites across Canada & the U.S.)
Compensation details:
Base Salary: $100,000 – $130,000 base + extended health benefits + RRSP matching
