Stacey Danley at Aplin has partnered with a growing residential property management company on the search for a Leasing Coordinator. This is an exciting opportunity for a customer-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys creating an exceptional resident experience.
Reporting to the Leasing Manager, the Leasing Coordinator plays a key role in the full leasing lifecycle, ensuring prospective residents receive a seamless, professional, and welcoming experience at every touchpoint.

Please note this role works Tuesday to Saturday (with Sunday and Monday off). Valid Class 5 driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle is required for travel within Winnipeg and surrounding areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective residents via phone, email, social media, website inquiries, and in-person.
- Schedule and conduct property tours, showcasing available suites and amenities.
- Manage applications, security deposits, lease documentation, and move-in packages with precision and timeliness.
- Guide residents through lease agreements, clearly explaining terms and addressing questions with confidence and professionalism.
- Conduct move-in and move-out inspections, including detailed documentation and photo records.
- Proactively follow up with prospects and maintain strong pipeline management.
- Monitor local rental market trends and competitor offerings to effectively position available units.
- Maintain accurate internal leasing reports and support marketing efforts.
Qualifications
- Post-secondary education or formal training in a related field.
- Proven experience in customer service, sales, or a client-facing environment.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills with the ability to convert inquiries into successful tenancies.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to confidently address concerns and redirect conversations positively.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Sound judgment and independent decision-making capabilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
