The Opportunity
Legal Aid Saskatchewan plays a vital role in ensuring equitable access to justice for individuals and families who need it most. Through high-quality advocacy and client-centered service, the organization protects rights, strengthens communities, and contributes to a fair and compassionate justice system.

As Director, Criminal Law Services, you will provide strategic, operational, and people leadership for all Criminal Law Services in Regina. As a key member of the senior leadership team and a trusted advisor to executive leadership, you will guide service delivery in a complex and highly impactful area of public service. This role calls for a collaborative, forward-thinking leader who can balance operational excellence with long-term strategic vision.
