We’re hiring a Service Operations Lead to manage the day-to-day execution of installation and service work across multiple crews and job sites. This role is all about process, scheduling, coordination, and follow-through, keeping the operation running smoothly.

This is a primarily in-office position based in NW Edmonton, with occasional site visits.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Own the day-to-day workflow for installation and service jobs, from intake through execution and billing
- Schedule and coordinate multiple crews across jobs ranging from short service calls to multi-week projects
- Manage 6 direct reports, with plans to help grow the service division
- Assign technicians to jobs based on workload, timelines, and priorities
- Ensure crews are fully prepared before heading to site (permits, materials, equipment, schedules)
- Act as the main point of contact for service-related issues and escalations
- Coordinate closely with project coordination and production teams to ensure work is ready before installation
- Track jobs, schedules, and resources using internal systems and scheduling tools
- Monitor KPIs, efficiencies, and job performance and hold crews accountable
- Oversee fleet usage and maintenance to minimize downtime
- Hire, train, coach, and manage performance of installation and service technicians
- Maintain clear communication up and down the chain so everyone stays aligned
What We’re Looking For
- Experience leading multiple teams across multiple jobs at the same time
- Background in construction, field services, dispatch, installation, or similar environments
- Strong process orientation, organized, detail-focused, and consistent with follow-through
- Comfortable managing a wide range of experience levels
- Calm, task-focused, and objective in fast-paced environments
- Strong communication skills with both field crews and office teams
- Proficient with scheduling tools, Excel, and Word
- Valid driver’s license
