About the Opportunity
The major project currently underway is a long-term student residence development with a multi-year timeline. The successful candidate will play a key role in project execution while allowing ownership to focus on business development and company growth. This role offers long-term stability, exposure to significant projects, and the opportunity to be a core member of the leadership team.

About the Position
The Electrical Project Manager will be responsible for managing electrical construction projects from start to finish. Reporting directly to ownership, you will oversee scheduling, budgeting, coordination with site teams, and communication with clients and consultants. You will ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget while maintaining a high standard of workmanship.

The Requirements
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Project Manager with an electrical contractor
  • Experience managing residential and/or commercial electrical projects
  • Red Seal Electrician background is considered a strong asset but is not required
  • Strong understanding of electrical construction processes and project workflows
  • Ability to manage schedules, budgets, change orders, and subcontractors
  • Strong communication and client-facing skills
  • Organized, accountable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
Compensation
  • $120,000 – $140,000 base salary
