- Competitive base salary between $65,000 – $85,000 plus quarterly bonuses based on performance

Responsibilities
- Manage a small to medium-sized commercial book of business with high retention rates
- Provide tailored insurance solutions across various industries
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring excellent service
- Collaborate with administrative support on policy processing and renewals
- Optional involvement in sales activities with established targets
- Work primarily onsite with some flexibility once familiar with company culture and values
- Participate in client meetings and support team initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in commercial insurance across a variety of industries
- Valid AIC Level 2 license
- Proven ability to manage a book of business and retain clients
- Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work in a team environment and independently
