Tammy Boyko and Carlan Wilbon with Aplin are currently seeking a Receptionist to join our client based in Winnipeg. This role is responsible for providing front-line reception and administrative support. The ideal candidate is professional, customer-focused, and quick to learn new responsibilities.

Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and respond to telephone and in-person inquiries in a courteous and professional manner.
- Answer and direct incoming calls, take messages, and route inquiries to appropriate departments.
- Manage reception area to ensure a welcoming, organized, and professional environment.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier deliveries.
- Maintain office supplies and ensure common areas are tidy and well-stocked.
- Provide general administrative support such as data entry, filing, photocopying, and document preparation.
- Support other departments with ad hoc tasks or special projects as needed.
- Uphold confidentiality and adhere to internal policies and procedures.
- Other administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- 2 plus years of experience as a Receptionist in a professional office environment.
- Post secondary education is an asset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or front-desk role is an asset.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel), and Teams.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and maintain attention to detail.
