Our client, a rapidly growing leader in the self-storage industry, is hiring Customer Service & Sales Associates across multiple locations in Texas and Alabama and South Carolina. Benefits & Perks
- Permanent full-time position
- Compensation: $16 to $19/hour
- Schedule: Monday–Friday + occasional Saturdays (8:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m.)
- Work 5 days per week (even if a Saturday is scheduled)

Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers by phone, online, and in person to convert leads into rentals and upsells
- Assist customers with rental agreements, protection plans, and applicable discounts
- Maintain accurate customer records, sales activity logs, and daily financial transactions
- Conduct facility walkthroughs to ensure cleanliness, functionality, security, and adherence to brand standards
- Support delinquency management processes, including reminder/collection calls and auction preparation
- Reconcile daily payments and ensure accurate processing of rent and other transactions
- Identify and escalate facility issues and support property improvement initiatives
- Deliver a positive, professional, and consistent customer experience
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service or sales experience preferred
- Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships
- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently
- Basic computer skills; Microsoft Office experience is an asset
- Able to work some Saturdays, as part of a 5-day workweek
- Local candidates preferred – within reasonable commuting distance of the locations listed
