The Sales Executive is responsible for driving business growth by expanding and developing relationships with new and existing customers, primarily in the Healthcare and Pharmaceutical sectors. The role includes creating and executing sales strategies, generating leads, providing price quotes, and managing orders to meet sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with healthcare and pharmaceutical customers to grow the client base and establish supply chain options.
- Develop sales leads through calls and meetings, focusing on global markets.
- Collaborate with Sales Manager and Purchasing Coordinator for product pricing and availability.
- Ensure timely customer payments in coordination with the finance team.
- Work with Quality Assurance to maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Track and report sales data to optimize inventory and expenses.
Key Performance Indicators (KPI):
- Develop 1-3 new leads daily, accurately entered into the internal system (Magi).
- Meet 5 customers or leads weekly via phone or in person.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Generate 15-20 leads monthly.
- Make 20 customer calls per month (30% new customers, 70% existing).
- Respond to emails within 24 hours.
- Evaluate and report customer sales trends.
- Present one new marketing idea quarterly.
Qualifications:
- Experience in healthcare or pharmaceutical industries preferred.
- Diploma/Degree in International Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ability to work independently.
- Bilingualism is an asset.
