Aplin have partnered with our Winnipeg client to hire a Client Services Coordinator to join their team to provide exceptional customer service to their customers.  In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, managing orders from start to finish and ensuring smooth communication between clients, sales, and production teams. You will play a key role in maintaining accurate records and supporting efficient, high-quality delivery.

    Hours are Monday to Friday 8 am to 430 pm. 

Responsibilities
  • Enter and verify customer orders in the ERP system, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies, credit terms, and production guidelines.
  • Identify and escalate any non-compliant orders to management for resolution.
  • Act as the main liaison between customers, sales, and operations to confirm production capabilities and delivery timelines.
  • Coordinate new order meetings for new products or changes in manufacturing processes.
  • Communicate confirmed delivery dates to customers and internal teams.
  • Monitor open orders daily to ensure on-time, accurate, and compliant production.
  • Ensure shipments meet agreed-upon terms and maintain adequate inventory levels.
  • Collaborate with procurement and finance teams to support order forecasting and reconciliation.
  • Maintain up-to-date customer records, including contracts, pricing, and correspondence.
  • Support ad hoc collection, billing, and customer inquiries as needed.
  • Resolve order discrepancies proactively while keeping customers informed.

Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience as a Client Services Coordinator in office or corporate customer service roles with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional and calm demeanor when handling customer concerns.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Post-secondary education is an asset.
  • Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with ERP systems is a plus.
