Tammy Boyko and Carlan Wilbon with Aplin have partnered with our client for an immediate Executive Assistant role term role. This role is with a downtown Winnipeg Corporate head office and will support the senior leadership team. This temporary position is ideal for an experienced Executive Assistant who can step in quickly, manage priorities with confidence, and keep operations running smoothly at the executive level.

Responsibilities
- Calendar management for the senior leadership team, arrange travel, and daily priorities.
- Handle confidential communications and correspondence.
- Coordinate executive meetings, prepare documentation, and track action items.
- Support projects and events requiring quick turnaround and attention to detail.
- Draft and edit reports, presentations, expense reports and communications
- Other administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications
- 3 plus years of experience supporting senior leaders or executives.
- Strong organizational, written, and interpersonal skills.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office, SAP and SharePoint
- Able to adapt quickly, work independently, and handle shifting priorities.
- Available immediately for a temporary full-time assignment (with potential for extension).
