Document Processing Administrator – Part Time 4 days/week

Part-time, 4 days per week, afternoons and evening. We are hiring a Document Processing professional to assist our client. A strong administrative background, prior experience working with Adobe PDF and formatting documents, is required. Experience in professional services, legal or engineering is preferred.

About The Opportunity
We are hiring a part-time administrative professional, a Document Processing Administrator, to support or law firm client. This will be four days a week and afternoon/evening shifts. You’ll work with multiple departments and assist with document formatting requests, presentation editing, and a variety of editing, formatting and proofreading. Proficiency with Adobe, and Microsoft Office is required.
