Aplin has partnered with our client to recruit a Customer Service/Sales Professional for Temporary to Hire position, hybrid position in their Calgary office. Our client is looking for a driven and energetic Customer Service Representative who has experience working with Sales targets to join their team. You will be responsible for providing support, following up on leads, finding leads, answering customer inquiries over the phone, responding to emails, escalating issues as needed, and servicing customer requests. This position will require someone who is technically savvy, can establish and grow positive customer relationships, provide a high level of service, and handle a high volume of calls and emails.

Qualifications:
- Must have previous high-volume Customer Service experience
- Must have experience working with sales targets or commission-based work
- Forward attitude
- Ability to build strong relationships and create returning customers
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Strong verbal communication skills
- The ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Ability to work efficiently and independently
