Overview:
Provides advanced technical knowledge and leadership to manufacturing projects that affect organization efficiency. Applies process management and process improvement techniques to resolve production concerns. Uses problem-solving, analytical, and negotiation skills to develop innovative solutions to manufacturing problems. Gathers data, conducts analyses, and develops recommendations for implementation of new systems and processes. Facilitates work teams, provides necessary training, and leads problem resolution and process improvement.
Position responsibilities:
- Management information systems and data analysis
- Provides analytical support using data and key performance indicator (KPI) to effectively measure and communicate performance for management review and alignment to site priorities
- Analyze information systems opportunities and provide recommendations to the function/leader
- Communicate status or performance to internal and intercompany stakeholders using data
- Leads meetings, summarizes minutes in Executive Summary format, and develops trackers and tools that assist the leader with action plan tracking assessing performance
- Assists with the identification of risks and opportunities, development of migration plans, and tracks plan implementation
- Leads the development of standard tools and processes
Previous Experience:
- Data analyst, specifically those with experience using Microsoft Excel.
- Spreadsheet data entry
- Familiar with Excel formulas
- Familiarity with formatting in Excel
- Familiarity with VLOOKUP function a plus but not necessary
- Access database a plus but not required
- Familiarity with SAP a plus but not required
