About Our Client Our client has ‘built’ a solid reputation since 2012, starting with custom single-family homes and expanding into multi-family developments such as townhomes, duplexes, multiplexes, and condos. Their ongoing projects span across Vancouver, Burnaby, Richmond, and Surrey.

About the Opportunity
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading multi-family townhome projects, overseeing all aspects of the project lifecycle, from planning and budgeting to coordination and delivery, ensuring they stay on budget. Your leadership will be key to motivating and guiding the project teams, ensuring that every project meets deadlines and exceeds client expectations.

About the Position
As a Project Manager, you will take charge of defining project scopes, budgets, and schedules while providing regular updates to relevant management channels. You’ll also have the opportunity to develop and refine internal processes and play a key role in shaping the future of their projects.
