About the Position
Working directly with field crews and reporting to the General Superintendent. It is ideal for experienced professionals who thrive in fast-paced environments, are comfortable with digital tools, and are committed to quality delivery and team success.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise field crews and manage daily site operations across civil construction projects
- Coordinate excavation, pipework, manholes, and backfill
- Oversee all aspects from site prep through to curb and paving, including shallow excavation
- Interface with project managers, inspectors, and municipal representatives
- Maintain daily reporting, safety documentation, and job logs
- Foster a positive and productive team environment on-site
Requirements:
- 7–10+ years of experience in civil construction
- Must have experience in managing Onsite Projects in residential, commercial, and institutional (Site Preparation, Excavation, Foundation Laying, Framing, Plumbing, Piping)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, MS Office, and Reporting tools
- Willingness to work across active projects across the Lower Mainland.
