Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional client service, focusing on proactive problem-solving and attention to detail.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless execution of client needs.
- Respond to client inquiries with accountability and thorough follow-up.
- Contribute to business growth by developing and executing business plans, client segmentation, and service strategies.
- Leverage deep knowledge of financial products and services to identify new opportunities within the client base.
- Prepare for and participate in client meetings and events, including agenda setting, documentation preparation, and follow-ups.
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of client profiles and associated investment strategies.
- Support the creation and presentation of investment and financial plans.
- Assist in streamlining administrative and operational processes to enhance team efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards by staying informed about industry policies.
- Document all client interactions accurately and efficiently.
- Support traditional and digital marketing initiatives, from concept to implementation.
- Foster a culture of open communication, collaboration, and innovation within the team.
- Actively participate in team meetings and share knowledge to support professional growth across the team.
- Identify opportunities for asset consolidation, referrals, and client acquisition.
- Manage the client acquisition pipeline and assist in converting leads into long-term clients.
- Undertake other duties as required to support the team and clients.

Education & Qualifications
- Post-secondary education in business, finance, or accounting is preferred.
- Completion or willingness to complete the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook (CPH).
- Life insurance licensing or readiness to obtain licensing.
- Relevant industry experience is an asset.
