Our client, a well-established organization in the real estate and property management sector, is seeking a professional and reliable Receptionist in Halifax, NS. This is a 4-day temporary role.
Benefits & Perks:
- Compensation: $25 to $28/hour
- Short-term coverage: June 30, July 2, 3, and 4
- Please note, this will be a fully on-site role at the client’s Halifax, NS Office.
Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors, tenants, and vendors in a professional manner
- Direct incoming foot traffic and inquiries to the appropriate contacts
- Take down messages and ensure timely follow-up
- Provide basic front desk and admin support
- Keep the reception area clean and welcoming
Qualifications:
- Must have over 1 year of experience in reception or front desk administrator.
- Strong verbal communication and English language skills
- Presentable, confident, and approachable demeanor
- Comfortable handling foot traffic and basic administrative tasks independently
