Responsibilities:
- Proactively reach out to prospective clients through phone, email, and social media to spark interest in software solutions
- Make ~60 outbound calls daily to generate interest and book qualified appointments
- Consistently meet daily outreach goals and monthly appointment targets
- Research and identify potential decision-makers within target industries
- Initiate conversations that uncover the client’s needs and introduce tailored solutions
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and progress within internal systems
- Promote engagement in webinars, product demos, and informational sessions
- Collaborate with the sales team to transition qualified opportunities smoothly
Qualifications:
- 1+ year of experience in sales, business development, or a customer-facing role
- Strong communication skills with a friendly, engaging, and outgoing personality
- Comfortable with high call volumes and handling frequent rejection with resilience
- Highly motivated with a goal-oriented mindset and desire to grow within a sales career
- Familiarity with business software or manufacturing environments is an asset
- Must be based in Winnipeg and available to work full-time in the office
- Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems and terminology
