Our client, an organization in the industrial space is looking for a standalone HR Manager who will also be responsible for full cycle payroll duties.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create strategic HR solutions to support the business group’s goals.
- Coordinate recruitment efforts aligned with workforce planning and lead recruitment and selection processes.
- Support employee development through initiatives such as performance management, talent development, and training programs.
- Provide coaching and support to leaders during performance management activities.
- Manage training and development efforts.
- Handle end-to-end payroll processing using Ceridian Dayforce.
Qualifications:
- A degree or diploma in Business Administration or a related human resources field.
- Over 7 years of relevant and progressive HR experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Familiarity with HR transactions and procedures.
- Payroll processing experience, particularly with Dayforce.
- Comfortable managing recruitment for blue-collar and skilled trades positions.
- Experience with onboarding, offboarding, and preparing employment offers.
