Human Resources Business Partner

Our client, an organization in the industrial space is looking for a standalone HR Manager who will also be responsible for full cycle payroll duties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create strategic HR solutions to support the business group’s goals.
• Coordinate recruitment efforts aligned with workforce planning and lead recruitment and selection processes.
• Support employee development through initiatives such as performance management, talent development, and training programs.
• Provide coaching and support to leaders during performance management activities.
• Manage training and development efforts.
• Handle end-to-end payroll processing using Ceridian Dayforce.

Qualifications:

• A degree or diploma in Business Administration or a related human resources field.
• Over 7 years of relevant and progressive HR experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Familiarity with HR transactions and procedures.
• Payroll processing experience, particularly with Dayforce.
• Comfortable managing recruitment for blue-collar and skilled trades positions.
• Experience with onboarding, offboarding, and preparing employment offers.
